Terms:
Payment in full including shipping and handling must be with order. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), money order, or certified check, which will speed up the shipment of your order.
Fees:
All credit card orders will have an additional 4% added to cover the fees.
COD's are $10.00 additional.
Returned checks will incur a $25.00 fee.
New Jersey residents are subject to the current state sales tax.
Shipping:
Standard shipping is generally UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Most orders will ship within 1 to 5 days. Hand-made items can take longer. We will hold orders paid by personal check 5 to 10 days until they clear our bank.
Returns:
We guarantee your satisfaction or we will return your purchase price minus shipping & handling within 10 days upon receipt of goods in resalable condition. After 10 days there will be a restocking fee of 20%. Please call 201.384.4794 before returning any items or the return will not be accepted.
Backorders:
Due to the special nature and the fact that many of our items are hand-made there is a possibility that we may be out of stock of an item. Some items are seasonal e.g. sweetgrass. We will try to ship backorders within 30 days or receive notification if it will be longer.
Legality of Items:
Each state has different laws when it comes to animal parts. You are responsible for determining if the item you want to order is legal in your state. We cannot ship any animal part to a state where it is illegal. Sunrise Trading Post will hold you responsible for all legal fees and penalties incurred as a result of shipping an item to you that is illegal in your state.
International Orders:
Please send payment in full in the form of an international money order or bank draft in US dollars only. We cannot be responsible for duties levied or confiscation of items at your country's customs office. Please check with your customs office if you are not certain of right of entry for certain items. Please note that all foreign sales are final. MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED.
